Lovely chalet in El Faro. The community pool is about 5 minutes walk, behind dona maria restaurant. The beach is 7 minutes walk. There is a busstop at 7 min.walk. This house has 12 euro per month community fees to El Faro. So the house is not in an urbanisation and you therefore can apply for a tourist license. The neighbours are very friendly. The garden is communal but you can ofcourse redecorate it yourself.
The chalet was recently renovated, and roof has been inspected and some parts renewed. Invoices available of the work that has been done recently.
Its a lovely quite place. Parking on the street as there is no garage at the house. Owner is open to reasonable offers.
